BARITO SELATAN, BORNEO24.COM – Legislator of South Barito Regency (Barsel), Central Kalimantan Province Putri Siti Rahmawati rated that the main fundamental points in building the region needed an honest leader.
In addition to being honest, a leader must be judged to have a strong attitude of commitment and good personality and be honest in carrying out every policy that is carried out following the vision and mission outlined in the work program.

He said the main capital of personality is very important because it can unite the differences and bind the community in a frame of mutual trust and mutual respect.

Besides, she considered, in developing an area, from preparing plans to implementing development activities, a leader must be able to provide public confidence in the performance and implementation of good governance.
“Therefore, a good personality and attitude is needed by a leader as the main principle and plays a central role in ensuring the quality and quantity of development,” she said.
She hoped that the government apparatus and the community filled the development period by emphasizing honesty and fair attitudes.
“Because, that attitude is considered to be the key to a successful implementation of the program to community service,” she added.
Emphasis is also believed to be able to give birth to a program that can touch the lives of many people and sanitary facilities to strengthen community unity and integrity.
“It’s time to fight with honesty. No matter how good the program, it won’t run effectively without honest behavior,” she said.

Separately, the Deputy Chairman of the Central Journalists Association (IWO) of Central Kalimantan, Deni Liwan rated that the local governments should emphasize the mentality of honesty for the state civil servants (ASN).
