BARITO TIMUR, BORNEO24.COM – East Barito Police Chief, AKBP Zulham Effendi led the implementation of tree planting in the Command Headquarters and the East Barito Police Dormitory neighborhood, Friday (01/10/2020).
The implementation of these activities followed up on the direction of the National Police Chief, Police General Drs. Idham Aziz.
“The activity is directly supported by the East Barito Government through the Ampera Regent who has donated fruit tree seeds including rambutan seeds, durian, mangosteen, mango and soursop as many as 600 tree seeds by utilizing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds,” said the police chief.
It mentioned that 350 tree seedlings were planted around the Command Headquarters and the East Barito Police Station. While the rest were planted in six police stations and four police posts.
The tree planting activity was attended by East Barito Ampera Regent AY Mebas, Chairman of the DPRD Nurulistio, Head of the Court Deni Indrayana, Head of the Prosecutor’s Office represented by Arief Zein, Pabung Military District Commander 1012 of Buntok Major Hadi, Head of Penitentiary of East Barito, and Regional Operational Unit (SOPD) representatives of East Barito.
